County Monaghan Motor Club

The upcoming Easter weekend sees the traditional
running of the Circuit of Ireland Stages Rally. Armagh City Hotel acts as Head
Quarters for this popular two-day event, which see a number of Monaghan crews
on the entry list. Raymond Conlon and Darren McCague will make the short trip
north, seeded at no. 41 with Michael Conlon and Aidan Boyle at 42 in their Escort.
Darren and Nicola McKenna will be hoping to replicate their fine Monaghan
Stages result and are seeded at 61 while Emyvale’s Barry McKenna is listed at
70. Emmett Sherry will once again team up with Omagh’s Amy Cox following on
from their successful partnership in the recent Fivemiletown Forest event while
Suzanne Wright will once again call the notes for Barry Greer in his EVO 9. With two full stages of this event based around the North Monaghan areas of Truagh and Emyvale, marshals are badly needed and anyone wishing to offer their help are urged to contact Barry McAree or Paul Hughes.
